What is an Estate Sale?

Who needs an Estate Sale?

Anyone downsizing, relocating, moving out-of-state, or liquidating a loved-ones household.

How can Sista's Estate Sales help?

How far in advance do I need to book a sale?

We prefer a lead time of 2-3 weeks, but you can also book us 6 months in advance.  We also have been able to put together quality sales in a matter of days.  Our customers attend sales all year; so any month is a great time to have a sale.

What is your Commission?

Sista's Estate Sales charges 35%-40% commission of the gross sales, sometimes more or sometimes less..  Commission fees come out of the sale proceeds.  We do not charge an upfront fee and our percentage will pay for advertising. The commission charge is determined on location, cleanliness of home, amount of items available to sell.
